Welcome to Old Nizwa Tours. By booking or participating in any tour or activity provided by Old Nizwa Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. A booking is considered confirmed only once the required booking information has been provided and the applicable payment requirements have been completed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour may not be eligible for a refund.

Any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing times.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Old Nizwa Tours.

Old Nizwa Tours reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where the required payment has not been completed.

4. Liability

Old Nizwa Tours will take reasonable measures to provide tours and activities in a safe and professional manner. However, participation in tours and activities may involve inherent risks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Old Nizwa Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or other incident that may occur during a tour, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Participants are responsible for following reasonable safety instructions and any guidance provided by Old Nizwa Tours or its tour representatives.

5. Tour Modifications

Old Nizwa Tours reserves the right to modify, adjust, postpone, or change a tour itinerary where reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where circumstances outside the company's reasonable control require changes to a tour, Old Nizwa Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

6. Participant Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for informing Old Nizwa Tours of any relevant requirements or circumstances that may affect their participation in a tour.

Participants are expected to comply with applicable laws, safety instructions, and reasonable directions provided during the tour.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking with Old Nizwa Tours, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Old Nizwa Tours reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
